In high school I knew this girl who was totally crazy about running. She would eat one cookie then need to run it off. A few years ago I met another friend like this. (You know the type that are motivated by stickers ;-) wink) Well today I decided that most personal trainers must also be in that slightly crazy category. You would have to be to push yourself that hard. When my body starts to hurt it tells me to stop what im doing. These people's bodies tell them to do that more and see if it gets you in better shape. I have never been one of those people and I don't think I ever will be. But I somehow keep surrounding myself with them. Now my feet hurt.
